Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview:

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that harness the power of AI and generative technologies. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for pushing boundaries will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of AI/ML applications using cloud technologies and generative AI techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to define application requirements, user experiences, and technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best practices within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and software engineering trends, and incorporate relevant technologies into the development process.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and operation of applications in cloud environments.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting code quality standards.
• Lead performance optimization efforts and address technical challenges to ensure the reliability and scalability of AI/ML applications.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of architecting and developing software applications
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python .
• Understanding of LLM's and prompt engineering is desired.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
• Prior experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Location: Noida (5 days in office)
