Job Summary

What You Will Do: ​

• Manage a team of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform Developers and Analysts.

• Oversee application programming, automation and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of application programs. (Robotic process Automation, Microsoft Power Platform)

• Work closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with other teams to integrate RPA and Power Platform solutions with existing solutions.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and prioritize processes for automation, considering factors such as complexity, feasibility, and potential ROI.

• Analyse applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.

• Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.

• Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.

• Manages application-related issues, implications, and approaches with process owners.

• Manage the full lifecycle of RPA and Microsoft Power Platform projects, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.

Education & Experience Requirement

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or software engineering, or Equivalent education with at least 10 Years of experience’

• Exposure in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Power Automate.

• Exposure in managing Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate

• Expertise in one-to-many areas including software engineering, security, RPA, database, storage, or other technical areas.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What You Have:

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization.

Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Work with vendors to assure that products or services are delivered to time and quality specifications. Builds effective working relationships with counterparts in vendor or supplier's organization.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases, and technology platforms.

This position will require travelling about 30% of the time.
