Salary: Depends on experience Job Description: We are seeking a vigilant Material Receiving Inspector to oversee the quality and compliance of incoming materials for our projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials meet quality standards and project specifications, maintain accurate inventory records, and work closely with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify incoming materials to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, discrepancies, and accepted materials, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  
• Identify non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
  
• Ensure materials comply with relevant quality and safety standards, providing reports for management review.
  
• Support inventory management by ensuring accurate material counts and managing discrepancies.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve material quality and compliance while maintaining positive working relationships.
  
• Prepare detailed inspection and discrepancy reports, providing data-driven recommendations for quality improvement.
  
• Follow all safety protocols during inspections to protect personnel and ensure a safe working environment.
  

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quality Control, Material Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years in quality inspection or material receiving, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  
• Relevant certifications in quality inspection, supply chain management, or material control are advantageous.
  
• Strong understanding of material properties and quality standards.
  
• Proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication for supplier coordination and reporting.
  
• Keen attention to identifying material discrepancies.
  
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
