MulltiSolution Architect
Acts as lead cross-solution architect on large, complex customer engagements, necessitating subject matter expertise and proficiency on multiple company products. Utilizes executive presence, digital marketing strategy, and software expertise to guide cross-functional project teams from the company, client or partner organizations through definition, deployment and optimization stages of company consulting engagements and ensure customer success. Leverages deep knowledge of digital marketing technology to align overall digital marketing strategy to business objectives, key use cases, solution architecture, roadmap, and solution usage strategies. Becomes a trusted advisor for customers in planning, implementing and optimizing cross-channel digital marketing initiatives. Oversees delivery and acceptance of the project scope as defined in the statement of work using companyu2019s consulting methodology including tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resources.

We bring strategy and technology together to help our customers solve their critical marketing problems.
As an Architect, your (leadership) executive presence, digital marketing strategy, software and technical architecture expertise will guide cross-functional project teams through definition, deployment and optimization stages of Adobe Consulting engagements and ensure Customer success.
You will leverage your deep knowledge of digital marketing technology to align overall solution architecture to digital marketing strategy to become a trusted advisor to organizations that are planning, implementing and optimizing cross-channel digital marketing and experience initiatives.

Who you are
The successful MSA will have deep digital marketing / experience product implementation expertise, along with a good grasp on technology & strategy. You should bring 10+ years of relevant experience focused on technical delivery and have excellent executive presence. You understand the importance of rock-solid digital strategy in order to respond to todayu2019s digital challenges. You have the technical subject matter expertise, passion and leadership to successfully guide Adobe customers to exploit digital technologies to create new sources of value for their customers.

Your responsibilities are as follows:
Strategic excellence:
u2022 Construct technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting clientu2019s industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs
u2022 Work with technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe products and other technology / tools and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards
u2022 Break down Customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to priorities, industry best practices, technology prerequisites and dependencies
u2022 Align roadmap phases to executable use cases
u2022 Contribute to Customeru2019s digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices
u2022 Provide strategic guidance and direction to Customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness.
u2022 Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help Customers ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven insights
u2022 Assist with defining digital marketing Solution and Consulting scope during sales cycle
u2022 Progress overall maturity and scale of Consulting Practice by creating and sharing knowledge in the form of whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, templates, etc.
u2022 Aware about latest technology trends, innovations and directions
Execution excellence:
u2022 Act as Lead Consultant on large, complex customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe, Client, or partner organizations
u2022 Coordinate with the core and field engineering teams as needed
u2022 Oversee technical project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope
u2022 Maintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams, and constantly manage customer expectations
u2022 Break down complex business and technical strategies and roadmaps into consumable requirements for Adobe Solution teams to execute against
u2022 Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope and expanded partnership / ongoing engagements
u2022 Review current customer implementation and landscape with emphasis on multi solution and digital strategy alignment
u2022 Compile and communicate customer requests and deployment issues internally to our core product teams through detailed use cases and documentation of current challenges
u2022 Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, best practices and resources back into the consulting practice.

Your skills and experience
u2022 Mandatory technical skills: 12+ years of experience in designing solutions involving Adobe Solutions
u2022 Experience in integration architecture patterns.
u2022 Preferred technical skills are Adobe Experience cloud (Adobe Analytics, Target, AJO, Campaign, Magento & personalization platforms) and Digital marketing strategy
u2022 Leading professional services role such as Technical/Solution Architect or Technical Program Manager, leading delivery of web applications or analytics implementations.
u2022 Experience designing and/or implementing solutions for any of the following: Web Content Management, Personalization, Customer Data Platforms, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, Marketing Automation, Online Ad targeting
u2022 Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies including Agile, Scrum and waterfall.
u2022 Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences
u2022 Expertise in the following languages and technologies: Java, Design Patterns, Micro-services, REST
u2022 Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within Adobe Consulting
u2022 Fantastic executive presence, capable of gaining trust of C level executives
u2022 Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
u2022 Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
u2022 Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects
u2022 Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual teams
u2022 Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
u2022 Experience working in a presales capacity
u2022 Willingness to travel (up to 50%) in support of key customer project milestones.

Desirable but not essential
u2022 Prior experience with the launch and operation of a highly available, high traffic internet or mobile service
u2022 Multiple language proficiency
u2022 Experience as Consulting Manager or Senior Manager in a large consulting organization
u2022 Experience managing off-shore teams.
u2022 Certified ScrumMaster and/or PMP Certification
