Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Pattern Master / Fit Technician at Freakins. As a Pattern Master / Fit Technician, you will be responsible for creating and perfecting garment patterns to ensure an impeccable fit and maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and production teams, to ensure that the pattern and fit meet the brand's standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in pattern making techniques will contribute to delivering high-quality denim wear that aligns with the brand's vision and produces a comfortable and confident customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in pattern making for apparel, particularly denim wear
• Proficiency in pattern digitization software and CAD tools
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and sizing
• Ability to interpret and adjust patterns to achieve desired fit and style
• Demonstrated ability to work with different fabrics and garment types
• Attention to detail and precision in pattern development and adjustments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
