Planning Engineer

• Preferrable candidate: SAP knowledge, Precast structure experience worked in US projects will be a plus.
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using project management software (eg, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, CCQS and other stakeholders to create and manage project timelines.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
• Ensure that labor, equipment, and materials are available as needed for various project phases.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze the impact of potential issues on project schedules and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects.
• Track milestones, critical path activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the cost control team to align project schedules with budgetary constraints.
• Provide input into budget preparation and cost forecasting.
• Ensure project stakeholders have access to relevant information.
• Communicate project progress and potential delays to stakeholders and project management.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement team to get the vendor on board as per the Construction schedule.
• Implement best practices for planning and scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
• Proficiency in project management software (eg, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and project management.
• Immediate or within 15 days joining preferrable.
