Role Overview:
As a Research Manager within our Research and Analytics team, you will be responsible for client outreach and engagement, overseeing research projects, and leading a team of researchers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in research methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.

As a Research Manager, you will assume a critical responsibility in effectively engaging with clients, managing, and guiding your team of researchers, and ensuring the seamless execution of research projects. Moreover, you will play a key role in synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations that provide tangible value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Research Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute research projects from inception to completion.
- Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Ensure adherence to research methodologies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Client Outreach and Engagement:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and collaborators.
- Understand client research needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Research Strategy and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research trends, methodologies, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for research collaboration and partnership.
- Contribute to the development of research strategies and initiatives to drive innovation and growth.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare and present comprehensive research reports, including key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights, to clients and stakeholders

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Exceptional client engagement proficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Proficient in a wide range of technical and analytical skills, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative research techniques, as well as primary and secondary/desk research methodologies to address business needs.
- Strong aptitude for project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage and guide a team.
- Proficient in data gathering, analysis, and data visualization techniques, with the ability to present insights in a compelling manner to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must Have:
- 2-3 years of experience in primary market research, preferable quantitative or a combination of quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong understanding of research and data analysis
- Ability to manage client interactions, anticipating possible issues, handling end to end projects
- Strong leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment and serving as a mentor to team members.
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in line with deadlines
