About the role We are looking for a Product Analyst with experience in either CA/CS or CMA background to bridge the gap between our users and cutting-edge technology! You'll be the voice of the customer, uncovering their needs and challenges. and then collaborate with our Product Team to make our product better. What you’ll do on the job: Conducting market research in the domain of Finance and Accountancy to understand the current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user requirements, provide recommendations for procedural improvements. Identifying areas requiring improvements and recommending technical solutions that enhance business performance. Determining the functionalities for the technical solution. Clearly outline features and specifications for the product. Determine gaps in the market and conduct product-market fit analysis. Staying updated in the industry and profession with respect to legal updates, latest trends, best practices, tools, and technologies, etc. Collaborating with the other teams such as UI/UX designing, software development team, customer support and others to provide helpful feedback on processes. Providing subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle. Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios and may also validate executed test results. Providing inputs into, creating, and verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements. Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders. Conducting User Acceptance Tests of the products, evaluating it for accuracy and usability, providing feedback to the project team Guide other professionals on the project/program to ensure the content is accurate. Bring information about the project/program back to the customer community. Who’ll be a good fit: Candidates with experience in CA/CS or CMA background. Expertise in preparation of financial reports and annual reports under Indian GAAP. Proficiency in preparation of MIS for various businesses. Hands on business intelligence and financial analysis. Conversant with Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013, Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and IFRS (optional). Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and oral. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and proactive nature, passion for service, patience, active listening. Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software, tools, and techniques. The ability to teach & train people in the above areas will be an added advantage.
