Responsibilities -

  • You’ll solve complex problems and create user-friendly solutions.
  • You’ll create prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test product concepts.
  • You’ll create, maintain and regularly iterate a roadmap and backlog for your team.
  • You’ll prioritise activities for your team based upon achieving validated learning as quickly as possible and maximising value.
  • You’ll communicate clearly, transparently and concisely with stakeholders and tell your team’s story.
  • You’ll have a collaborative way of working, within, and across teams, breaking down any barriers to move relationships forward.
  • You’ll be responsible for the product performance of your team and be expected to assure it.
  • You’ll conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and refine products accordingly.
  • You’ll build reports and deliver meaningful insights from Adobe Analytics and other analytics packages.
  • You’ll experiment and find opportunities for growth by thinking big and going beyond the day-to-day.

Skills -

Product Tools : Proficiency in software and tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Agile Methodologies: Experience and understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams in Agile product specification, development and delivery.

Product Strategy: Proven capability in defining and executing product strategies that align with business goals and user needs while driving innovation and competitive advantage.

Discovery : Proficient in employing product discovery techniques, conducting user research, and facilitating experiments to validate assumptions, inform decision-making, and drive continuous product improvement.

Strategic Thinking : Capacity to align product strategies with broader business goals and objectives.

Feedback Handling: Openness to giving and receiving feedback constructively to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Effective management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Information Architecture: Structuring and organizing information and content for easy navigation and understanding.

Experience -

We are looking for individuals who are open to embrace learning opportunities at every turn. You'll be fully aligned with our 'build, measure, learn' mantra, consistently prioritizing the user experience in your approach.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as Product Manager (or in similar roles).

• The ability to continuously enhance the customer experience across the product lifecycle.

• Previous experience working within lean and agile teams.

Desired Qualities:

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity.

• An entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset, actively removing obstacles to achieve results.
