Job Description - Project Engineer

A project engineer is responsible for managing various aspects of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, within budget, and on time. they collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project goals. project engineers work across different industries, such as construction, manufacturing, technology, and infrastructure development. job duties/responsibilities • manage engineering projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closure.
• coordinate with teams to allocate resources, track progress, and ensure quality standards.
• develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• identify and mitigate project risks, comply with safety regulations, and manage technical challenges.
• foster positive client relationships, address feedback, and deliver projects within budget and schedule. requirements
• bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• proficiency in project management software and technical skills.
• strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• optional certifications such as pmp or cpmp can be advantageous.
• must have a valid permit to work in australia or must be ready to secure one.
