Overview:

The Tender Engineer for Interior Projects plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing the tendering process for interior design and construction projects in Ashok Nagar. They are responsible for ensuring the accurate estimation and timely submission of tender documents ultimately contributing to the success of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing tender documents and specifications
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Coordinating with design and technical teams
• Ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Evaluating subcontractor and vendor quotations
• Participating in tender negotiations
• Managing tender documentation and submissions
• Supporting project planning and scheduling
• Assisting in value engineering and cost optimization
• Conducting site visits and assessing project scope
• Preparing tender query responses
• Collaborating with procurement and legal teams
• Maintaining tender process records and documentation
• Adhering to quality and safety standards
• Providing input on tender strategy and competitiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field
• Proven experience in tendering for interior construction projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
• Excellent understanding of cost estimation and pricing strategies
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Detailoriented with strong analytical abilities
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
• Understanding of relevant building codes and regulations
• Experience in value engineering and cost optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Capability to work effectively in a deadlinedriven environment
• Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage

Should have good exposure to MEP
