Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a passion for teaching to join our team as an instructor for our students training program. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python programming language, Django framework, data visualization using Matplotlib, and practical experience in software development. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also excellent communication and instructional abilities to effectively train and mentor aspiring developers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Python programming language covering basic to advanced concepts.

Teach Python web development using the Django framework, including creating web applications, handling databases, and implementing security measures.

Instruct students on data visualization techniques using Matplotlib library to represent data effectively.

Provide hands-on practical exercises and projects to reinforce learning and build real-world skills.

Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and overcoming challenges during their learning journey.

Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and educational materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and project assessments, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in Python programming.

Proficiency in Django framework for web development, including knowledge of MVC architecture, ORM, and authentication.

Experience with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is highly desirable.
