Role - Manager / Sr Manager Architect

Reporting to: Project Architect / HOD

Location: Bangalore

Role Purpose

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, self-driven individuals with a keen eye for detail to help design and customize homes as per the clients’ requirements.

Scope

• Architectural design and drawings from concept to execution, detailing, documentation and co-ordination.
• Understand the processes and align with the Total environment design philosophy.
• Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the work plan.
• Develop marketing collaterals in the form of drawings, specifications etc.
• Develop approval documents in compliance with regulations.
• Understand and develop product specification details.
• Review construction documents.

Deliverables

• Understand the needs of the project, users, environmental impact and chalk out feasibility reports and conceptual proposal.
• Compile project specifications in accordance with the company's master specifications and budget of the project.
• Timely delivery of all drawings, documents, excel sheets etc., as per the goals set to ensure completion of work on site, all as per our standards and set guidelines.
• Periodic site supervision to check on the progress and publish reports.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with all the teams up to project handover

Accountability

• You will be accountable of all the drawings and documents worked by you to the last detail.
• You can facilitate timely release of drawings as per the schedule. Drawings to be checked thoroughly for any errors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 5-10 Years of experience design with organizations of repute
• Enthusiastic ‘do it right always’ attitude and ability to show commitment.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to adapt to change and accelerated timelines.
• Proficiency in all relevant software's especially Revit (must) and other presentation tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good sketching and model making skills to convey the ideas.
• Strong technical knowledge of Architectural Design Standards & Details
