Turner & Townsend are engaged to support our client with many complex projects, and we are seeking the ideal  Data Analyst  responsible for data management, analytics and dashboard reporting development for our technology client’s large-scale real estate construction program.

Job Objectives:

• Maintain and develop databases and dashboards to support team and department initiatives.
• Maintain and develop data models and data governance processes.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to centralize project financial data and improve project reporting.
• Assist with development of new reports for project team on an as-needed basis.
• Assist with system management and system implementation.
• Assist with data management efforts, including: data mapping, flat file creation, data validation, and process documentation development.
• Support training teams on newly developed or improved processes, systems and tools.
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in STEM or equivalent with 5+ years of experience 
• Competent in SQL (DML, DQL, DDL), Python.
• Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Data Pipeline development (ETL and ELT).
• Experience creating insightful data visualizations (Looker Studio experience preffered).
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast pace multi-functional environment.
• Excellent communicator who can present actionable insights clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
• Openness and interest to learn new data analysis & reporting.
• Strong intellectual curiosity; consistently looks for process improvements or alternative solutions.
• Construction Experience including industry trends, terminology, and typical processes is preferred.
