Site Electrical Engineering

Globose Systems and Solution Pvt. Ltd is looking for a skilled Site Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Site Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing electrical systems, ensuring their proper installation, operation, and maintenance on various job sites.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians, you will oversee electrical installations, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, preparing work schedules, and managing project budgets.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in electrical system installation and maintenance. You should have a solid understanding of relevant electrical codes and regulations, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems on job sites.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and technicians, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure the uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications.
• Prepare work schedules, manage project budgets, and track progress.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support to project teams and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical system installation and maintenance, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

• BOQ, RA Bills, JMR, MOM, supervising contractual staff, Resolve Electrical Issues, Cost Estimation, Conduct System cold trail and commissioning.
