JOB DESCRIPTION::

SKILL SET : : Core Java - Spring, Struts, Microservices.

EXPERIENCE: (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (Excluding Bench & Training & Internship).

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2+ Years of project experience is mandatory (Excluding Bench & Training & Internships).
• Strong Proficiency in Java
• In-depth understanding of Java language fundamentals and OOP concepts.
• Experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts is a plus.
• Experience with Web Development Technologies:
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application development principles.
• Database Knowledge:
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL.
• Problem-Solving and Debugging Skills:
• Ability to identify and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills:
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality, well-documented code.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate application requirements into well-structured and efficient Java code.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop both server-side and client-side Java components as needed.
• Integrate Java applications with various databases and web services.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and design discussions.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Java applications.
• Implement bug fixes and enhancements to improve performance and functionality.
• Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
• Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing
