Temenos Quantum Developer

As a Temenos Quantum UXP (User Experience Platform) Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces and digital banking solutions using the Temenos Quantum platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications that meet the needs of our clients in the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces and digital banking applications using the Temenos Quantum UXP framework.
• Customize and extend the functionality of Temenos Quantum components to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Implement responsive and accessible designs to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of Temenos Quantum applications.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Temenos Quantum applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in Temenos Quantum applications, and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development.
• Collaborate with Temenos consultants and support teams to deliver successful implementations and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a front-end developer with expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Temenos Quantum UXP framework and development tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Temenos certification in Quantum UXP development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Java or .NET.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Previous experience in digital banking or financial technology (fintech) projects.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
