Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wipro is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and is perfect for individuals looking for a dynamic work environment where they can utilize their skills in account management and customer support. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives. 3. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients on key metrics and deliverables. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within client accounts. 5. Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training and support as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service and drive results. 8. Work closely with the Account Manager to develop and implement strategies for account retention and expansion.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management, customer support, or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 4. Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions. 5. Energetic and resourceful personality traits with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Experience working remotely is a plus. 9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
