Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Specialist to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. This is a remote work position based in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients in managing their accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their account needs and provide timely and accurate support - Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and resolution of any issues - Assist in creating reports and presentations to update clients on account performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer support role - Strong decision-making and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
