Role Description

This is a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist role with a hybrid work arrangement. The candidate will be expected to invoice clients, conduct debt collection activities, and communicate with clients regarding their accounts. Other responsibilities include using analytical skills to assess client accounts and working with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be FLUENT in English.
• Ability to work Ability to work from 5 PM to 2 AM (Jordan Time) .
• Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including proficiency in email and phone communication.
• Experience with debt collection and invoicing
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure

Relevant qualifications in bookkeeping and experience in customer service would also be beneficial.
