Job Description - Associate - Customer Service/Voice Process

Job Title : French-Speaking Voice Process Associate Company Overview : A dynamic and rapidly growing [industry or sector] company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support. Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic French-speaking Voice Process Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities : 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in French to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding. 3. Follow established processes and procedures to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records. 4. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed. 5. Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team and organization. Qualifications : - Fluency in spoken and written French is essential. - Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. - Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Education : - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Additional language or customer service certifications are a plus.
