We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success & Operations Associate with 0 to 2 years of experience in customer success, support, or operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs in schools by working closely with teachers and counselors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and counselors to ensure the effective implementation of career guidance programs.
• Provide exceptional customer support to schools, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination and logistics of program delivery, including scheduling and resource management.
