Qualification:

BTech/BE In Computers, BScIT/MScIT, BCA/MCA.

Asterisk Developer JD:-

• - Candidate should be familiar and comfortable with Asterisk latest 16 and above version.
• - Preference would be given to having experience on IVR and Call Center application development.
• - Hands on experience in Kamailio SIP Server. - Asterisk integration with PSTN is preferred.
• - Asterisk integration with Database (MySQL and MS SQL) with knowledge of queries and stored procedures.
• - Scripting with Shell, Perl, AEL.
• - Strong knowledge of multi-asterisk server architecture.
• - Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface.
• - Worked on Queue, IVR and Voicemail related applications.
• - Expert in Asterisk installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• - Experienced with Linux (LAMP) servers (Centos, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• - R & D skills in Asterisk.
• - Knowledge of PHP programming.
• - Ability to test and troubleshoot Asterisk applications/issues.

Brief:-

-We're need to hire for a candidate, for the VOIP/Asterisk/VOICE/Video/Collaboration Applications.

-Person who has worked on scaling the Asterisk platform and have hands-on experience.

-Ideal candidate who has worked on development of Product like CCAAS and have experience in integrating the same other services.

Brief Job Role & Responsibilities:-

• 1. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems raised by customers and internal users.
• 2. Take complete ownership of supporting customer VoIP deployments by debugging issues and providing fixes.
• 3. Provide resolution through system configuration or data updates.
• 4. Supporting VoIP services/ applications on Linux & Windows platform.
• 5. Ensuring Applications and Client Use Cases are working as per regular test cases. Automating manual tasks related to application monitoring.
• 6. Expertise in SIP call flow analysis and debugging.
• 7. Experience in debugging Asterisk based applications is a must.

Skill Set:-

Scripting: Perl, Python.

Shell SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries.

Computers: Linux GNU utilities, TCP/IP, Simple Routing .

Telecom: SIP, SBC, VoIP, Asterisk & Wireshark.
