Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound communication in a professional manner through chat
• Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers
• with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses to the customers
• Effective communication via mail
• Respond to Emails within a specific timeframe
• 90% Chat & 10 % Voice, no sales
• 9 hr rotational shift between 7 am to 8 pm
• Rotational week off 5 day working

Role Proficiencies:

• Aspirants with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Minimum 2 years of Email/ chat support experience . Irrelevant candidates will not be entertained.
• Graduation Compulsory
