Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Infosys is looking for a motivated and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team for remote work in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and directing them to the appropriate department - Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or collect information - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Conducting presentations to promote products or services as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Resourceful problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
