Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Practo, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our team in a remote work setting based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback, resolve issues, and provide updates as needed. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to callers. 7. Adhere to call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
