Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team at Flipkart, a leading e-commerce company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution - Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a positive attitude - Document customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team
Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging customer interactions - Strong adaptability to changing processes and technologies - Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
