Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Xiaomi India is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues. 3. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 7. Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 9. Assist with training new call center staff as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Confident communication skills both verbally and in writing. 4. Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with tact and diplomacy. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and retain business. 6. Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs proactively. 7. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
