Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Sun Pharma, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote work position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions - Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
