Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Client Relations Officer to join our team at Dunzo. This is a remote work position based in Delhi, IN. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services and capabilities - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market - Track and analyze client feedback and metrics to continuously improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
