Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team at 1mg in Delhi, India. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, passionate about helping others, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat - Resolving client issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client service - Providing timely updates to clients regarding their orders, payments, and other inquiries - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable to change and able to multitask effectively - Passion for delivering exceptional client service - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
