Role Description The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent client services. The role involves coordinating and overseeing all aspects of events and experiences, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. The Client Services Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of each project. Qualifications
Strong PPT and communication skills
Experience in client services and customer satisfaction
Analytical skills for problem-solving and critical thinking
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of event management and industry trends
Excellent time management and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and situations
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field
