Job Description:

As a Client Servicing Manager with expertise in Client Deck presentation skills Yellow Straw Advertising LLP, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and delivering compelling presentations that showcase our capabilities, insights, and proposed solutions. You will play a critical role in building and nurturing client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and securing new business opportunities through persuasive storytelling and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and preferences, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations accordingly.

Anticipate client needs and proactively propose innovative ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that align with their objectives and drive results.

Presentation Development and Execution:

Develop high-impact client decks, presentations, and pitch materials that effectively communicate our value proposition, strategic approach, and creative concepts.

Utilize storytelling techniques, visual aids, and data-driven insights to craft persuasive narratives and compelling arguments that resonate with clients and win their buy-in.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to gather relevant information, assets, and case studies for inclusion in presentations.

Strategic Planning and Consultation:

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and market dynamics, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive success.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends assessment to inform strategic decision-making and campaign planning.

Translate client briefs and objectives into comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency capabilities.

New Business Development:

Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches, presentations, and proposal meetings, showcasing our capabilities and past successes.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts, presenting tailored solutions and value-added services to drive revenue growth.

Actively prospect and pursue new client opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads and secure new business for the agency.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and initiatives.

Prepare post-campaign reports, insights decks, and performance summaries for clients, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations for optimization.

Continuously iterate and improve our presentation materials and processes based on client feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business development within the advertising, marketing, or communications industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful client presentations, winning new business, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI for clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and presentation design tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote).
  • Previous experience in managing client decks, pitch presentations, or sales collateral is highly desirable.
