Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Zomato is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any issues or inquiries they may have. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar field.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving client issues to ensure a positive experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to address client needs effectively - Providing feedback to the product and development teams to improve the client experience - Assisting with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities - Hardworking with a strong work ethic - Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
