Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Faasos is seeking a talented and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, providing support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or chat - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions - Manage client accounts and update information as needed - Collaborate with other teams to resolve client concerns and improve overall client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to effectively assist clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment - Driven to exceed client expectations and achieve targets - Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
