Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Amazon India is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and keep accurate records of interactions - Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Utilize people management skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Resourceful problem-solving abilities - Excellent critical thinking skills - Demonstrated people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good organizational and time management skills
