Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Cars24, a leading automotive company, in a remote work setting based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner through phone, email, and other communication channels - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Providing feedback to management on client concerns and trends - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing the company - Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client interactions - Supporting clients with troubleshooting technical issues with our online platform - Actively seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch customer service
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to different client personalities and situations - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information - Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
