Job Summary
As a Collateral servicing manager - associate you will be responsible for leading and development, & implementation of population control solutions for Collateral & Insurance, Work closely with Collateral & Insurance Operations and NCMG teams to understand and capture requirements for tactical and strategically solution
Job Responsibilities
- Lead scoping, development, & implementation of population control solutions for Collateral & Insurance
- Work closely with Collateral & Insurance Operations and NCMG teams to understand and capture requirements for tactical and strategically solutions
- Lead analysis of processes/system/interface/data breaks and produce solution designs
- Coordinate with business and technology to prepare exhaustive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Determine areas of opportunity where automation can be leveraged to enhance and simplify current operational processes
- Lead a team of resources to execute all population control solutions
- Perform data driven analysis in support of solutions identified to confirm implementation, in addition to other ad hoc projects assigned by the manager
- Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to leadership, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metrics
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Graduation Degree; quantitative/analytical focus strongly
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated process management, MIS and leadership experience in financial services
- Advanced PC and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, including presentation and report development
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Leadership and management of junior level resources
