Register the maintenance contracts and follow up until contract activation, booking and invoicing
• Follow up on opportunities
• Translate the commitments of maintenance contracts for the helpdesk and field service planning
• Prepare the Quotes of the maintenance contracts and align with the customer care managers
• Create the standard contract documents • Follow up the signature flow for all contract documents and file them
• Make reports for these leads and distribute for your region • Assist with the administration of all quotations
• Evaluate the costs of maintenance contracts regularly to validate the correct price of quotations and renewals
• Prepare supporting documents (ex. intervention history) to enable the creation of maintenance contract proposals
• Prepare all relevant reporting (installed base, attach rate, conversion rate, renewal rate, opportunities …).
• Seek proactively for improvement of the processes by creating and implementing Red Tags
Must Have:
SAP - Lead to Order / Order to Cash work experience
Good communication skills
Good understanding of MS XL
