Job Description:
MakeMyTrip, a leading online travel company, is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers, assisting with booking reservations, resolving issues, and answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency - Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, pricing, and policies - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - Experience with presentation tools and techniques - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
