Job Description:
WhiteHat Jr is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Assistant to join our remote work team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a remote Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution. - Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer interactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues. - Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a remote team. - Resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
