Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Creative and innovative thinking to address customer needs effectively
