Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care representatives who provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a remote work position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, offering a full-time opportunity at a Mid-to-Senior Level with 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Ensure that all customer care team members are trained and supported to deliver high-quality service consistently. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer care management role, preferably in a remote work setting. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues effectively. 4. Dedicated and energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer care tools.
