Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial resolutions to problems. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Rebel Foods by upholding our company values and standards.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions. 4. Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
