Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests through remote work in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This is an entry level position with no previous experience required, however, the ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls, emails and chat inquiries from guests in a professional and courteous manner - Assist guests with reservations, changes, cancellations, and other requests - Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Provide information about Hilton's facilities, amenities, and services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolution of issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
