Job Description - Customer Relations Executive

Job Description of Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

KEY RESPONSBILITIES :-

• Responsible for achieving Sales target on bringing new customers on board &

maximizing the revenue of Sales.

• Responsible for updating the Sales Calls/ Sales Lead in Sales Module

• Maintain Inquiry log on day to day basis with proper & accurate feedback.

• Maintain good business relationship with our valuable Customers, Sales persons, other

departments.

• Need to prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for the region allotted.

• Need to prepare the market report

• Post Shipping & pre-shipping (KYC) documents approval from the Sales Manager for

smooth transition of the business.

• Handling all Customer service related responsibilities & escalation to Sales Manager/ HOD's/ BM

• Development of Marketing Materials/ Sales Presentations to support sales and customers.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to help Sales deliver customer requests.

• Responsible for preparing new prospective customer list and making cold calling accordingly.

• Required to submit Daily MIS report to the CRM Sales.

• Organize video conference calls as needed by the sales team.

• Responsible to prepare minutes of meeting of each sales meeting

• Responsible for preparing exhibition list and related work.

• Any other work given by the Management from time to time.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Any graduate from any stream.

RELEVANT AND TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

03 to 08 years of experience in relevant profile

WHAT WE OFFER :-
