Responsibilities:

• CRM cum Sales and Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, and driving sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Negotiating prices and closing deals with customers
• Providing superior customer service and handling complaints
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to measure CRM performance, sales metrics, and marketing plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM, sales, and marketing.
