Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1.      Customer Assistance: They will be required to talk to agents/technicians and share ETAs via SMS with customers.
2.      Problem Resolution: Assess situations and provide appropriate assistance.
3.      Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with service providers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4.      Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and activities related to each case in accordance with company procedures.
5.      Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while delivering service.
6.      Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and provide backup support when necessary.
7.       Open for shift 24x7.
8.       Adherence to SLA, KPI and Shift timings.
Qualifications:
•       Excellent communication skills.
•       Any Graduate.
•       Empathetic and customer-focused approach to providing assistance.
•       Willingness and availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
•       Computer proficiency for data entry and case management.
Experience:
-       Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles is preferred but not mandatory.
-       Experience in servicing UK/Ireland client would be added advantage.
Working Hours:
•       Night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the company’s operational requirements.
