Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service to international clients via phone, email, or chat.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer handling and data protection.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Skills :
Should have good Oral and written communication.Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
The ability to think quickly and find solutions to customer problems or complaints.
Clear and effective communication is essential, as agents will be interacting with customers from various regions.
Salary :
16k to 32k In hand
