Job Description - Customer Service- Quality Analyst

• CRM Tester with at least 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing experience

• Proven hands-on working experience in MS dynamics CRM based Projects.

• Good knowledge on sales, marketing, and service modules.

• Expertise in functional testing, on-functional testing, and bug life cycle.

• Hands-on experience in writing the test cases based on requirements and ability to execute the test cases independently

• Good knowledge on test frameworks, testing life cycle and different phases of testing

• Experience in working with Agile methodology

• Knowledge on Azure devops is plus

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders directly.

• Certification in latest D365 CRM is plus

• Good Knowledge in CRM integration testing

• Knowledge on form and field level security testing, Security structure
